Food Technologist, Director of the quality department and head of Palestinian national team, Kahleh is working at Palestine Standard Institution (PSI) for 23 years. She is in charge of the Quality Chart of olive oil for all good agricultural and manufacturing practices in the olive oil production chain, guiding a committee for preparing a standard for quality management system in mills. She trained many women and farmers in the olive sector on the quality of production. She is holding national Golden Olive Oil Competition and member of the jury in many international olive oil competitions.
