Specialist in certified PDO, PGI and monocultivars, Lo Cicero is a registered professional olive oil taster working at Olitalia for 17 years in the analysis Laboratory to follow, taste and select olive oils from all Mediterranean countries. She is also a judge in International competitions.
Olitalia is present today in over 120 countries worldwide, in recent years has significantly expanded its international presence, reaching markets on all continents and becoming a reference point for many consumers of different cultures.
