Bio
Transformation consultant for important Italian companies (Defense of Malta, Di Martino, Colle Optimo, Tamia, Pezze Galere, San Salvatore, Piero Matarazzo, Rodyum, and others), Marsicani is an olive grower (40 ha) from the province of Salerno. Since 2016 he is technical director for the Sirena d’Oro di Sorrento competition, a contest dedicated to DOP IGP and organic olive oils. Since 2018 he has participated as a judge in national and international olive oil competitions.
