Owner of a consulting company dedicated to the food, wine and olive oil Industry, Klimscha is an entrepreneur working for international hotels, restaurants, and tourism. Educated and trained in Europe and the US, he is an Expert in Gastronomy and Tourism, with a marketing degree in the wine industry and olive oil production at the Universidad de Chile, he worked over the years around wine, olive oil and food in Chile and worldwide organizing tastings and food pairings.
