Agronomist with a Masters degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Noy Meir is professional olive oil taster, head panel of the International Olive Oil Council.
She is the Manager of the organic olive oil mill “Rish Lakish”, cultivating more than 100 acres of organic olive trees from 8 varieties. Lecturer on olive oil in various forums, quality consultant for olive oil producers in Israel and much appreciated juror in national and international olive oil competitions.
