Multiwarded oliveologist working in the olive oil sector since 2002, communicologist, specialized in marketing, international retail, and food anthropology, Beloto was in 2021 in the TOP 100 Powerful Women of Agriculture in Forbes.
Beloto was graduated from IFAPA Cabra and DCOOP, Andalucia, Spain and from the Federal University of Chemistry of Montevideo, Uruguay. She has launched many famous brands on the Brazilian market and she is the oleologist responsible for the blends of national and international olive oils launched in Brazil. Member of the faculty of the Brazilian Association of Sommelier ABS-Minas and writer besides being a juror for the international olive oil competition BRAZIL IOOC.
